Welcome to Four Eleven King Condos, a brand new condo development in the trendy heart of downtown Toronto at 411 King Street West.

Previously, this was an LCBO location. The location is now expected to contain retail space, and possibly office space too. It’s very likely that a new and improved LCBO will open in the same location.
The architects currently scheduled to design on this project are Teeple Architects. From their inception in 1989, Teeple Architects has built a reputation for innovative design and exceptional service through a broad range of acclaimed public and private-sector projects.
Previous acclaimed projects by Teeple include Nobu Restaurant Hotel & Residences, Picasso on Richmond, and the The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Centre at the University of Toronto. Upon reviewing their past projects, you will be struck by the innovation, modernity and originality of their designs.
